Top 11 Albums I don't want to wait for...they are coming... and i cant wait. because they are awesome.

The band finished recording all the songs for the 3rd album on August 21, 2008.the name of their 3rd studio album would be "When The World Comes Down." It is expected to be released on November 18th.

As previously reported, Muse had tentatively started work on album number five, the follow up to 2006's Black Holes And Revelations, earlier this year. Drummer Dominic Howard has now explained that the band wrote a few tracks ahead of their headline V Festival slots (August 16-17) and are set to head back to their studio near Lake Como in Italy soon.
3) Fall Out Boy - Folie à Deux (november 4th aka election day)
Folie à Deux is the follow up to the 2007 album Infinity on High by FOB. The album is set to be released on November 4, 2008. It is their fifth studio album release. The album's title, Folie a Deux, is French, and means “the shared madness of two.”

We’re going to take it easy and start practising over the summer and doing new stuff."Cook announced on July 2, 2008 that the band is planning to begin writing the third album throughout July. He said he was "excited" to be getting started but did not know what direction the music would take

On September 7, West debuted a new song "Love Lockdown" at the MTV VMAs. "Love Lockdown", which features no rapping and only singing using an auto-tune device, will appear on Kanye's upcoming fourth studio album, 808's & Heartbreak. The new album is expected to be released on December 16.
