A chalice (from Latin calix, cup, borrowed from Greek kalyx, shell, husk) is a goblet intended to hold a drink.

"Can i get a Long Island... in a CHALICE?"
(imagine the piss in the bartender's pants/skirt)
but In general religious terms, it is intended for quaffing during a ceremony.

Image the piss in the Pasteur's robe when its my turn in line and i ask
"Can i have a Jesus Bomb with my wine and Redbull?"
